Our story
It started with a bag of beans and a lot of overnight shifts.
Before nursing, I worked as a barista. That's where I fell in love with coffee. Not just drinking it, but understanding it. The origin, the processing, the way a single bean from Ethiopia tastes completely different than one from Mexico. It got under my skin in the best way.
I went back to school, graduated nursing in 2015, and spent the next decade in critical care. ICUs, long nights, high stakes. Coffee was always there. Not just as fuel, but as a ritual. Something familiar in the middle of everything unpredictable.
I always wanted to build something of my own. After a conversation at home, the idea of roasting coffee finally clicked. Not just as a business, but as something that genuinely made sense for who I am.

We roast your beans within 48 hours of your order and ship the same day as roasting. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Very. We roast to order, so your bag isn't sitting on a shelf waiting. Coffee is at peak flavor 5–14 days after roasting, and we make sure yours arrives right in that window.
You'll receive a curated tasting box every month: 3 bags of 6oz, rotated seasonally based on what's tasting best. You can pause or cancel anytime, no fees.
Yes. Whole bean is the default (best for freshness), but we offer ground options: drip, French press, pour over, and espresso. Just select at checkout.
